Skills unlocked title
To unlock every skill in Guild Wars is a big challenge. Especially for those who don't PvP often.
Why not make a title for unlocking all the skills? Or by campaign (Prophecies Skill Unlocker, ...)?

for two reasons...
1. Been suggested before

More of an accomplishment than the afk titles and gold sink titles. Its certainly more an accomplishment than some of those.

Well as Aldready Dead Lich said, you can buy this title with RL money on the guild wars store, so I dont really see how it would be an accomplishment.
I wouldnt be against it though.

Unlocking is not a challenge. Is easy.
OWNING them is a huge gold pit that deserves a title.
I would agree for a title without tiers acomplished when you have learned all the elite and non elite skills of all campaigns.

/signed for the ppl who get the title with balth faction. It really IS an accomplishment if you unlocked them all.
It's not really an accomplishment if you just bought an unlock pack in the GW store tho, but I would not cry if those ppl also get title. A bit more income for the devvers from those packs would not hurt anyone.

My characters have loads of skill points but with little incentive to spend them as I already have all the skills I want. I expect most players are in a similar situation. Has anyone ever gone XP farming just so they can get a skill point to buy a skill they are so desperately after? The abundance of skill points seem to defeat the point of them. Perhaps a title that can be gained by spending them or unlocking skills will create an incentive to spend them more readily. With regard to buying all the skills, an perhaps an exemption can be made - if you buy all the skills, you don't gain the title and loose the opportunity to gain it.

what if it was character based and for each profession meaning u have to have every skill including elites for a certain profession, seeing as many other titles require money and this one would as well. me personally would love this.

well yes but that was because I wanted UAX on a pve character which I've done. Why should characters who unlocked it via a pve character be punished by not being allowed to gain the title? getting all 1134 unlockable skills in the game can take quite a long time.
Don't really understand what you're talking about when you refer to spending the skill points to unlock and then immediately following with "regard to buying all the skills, perhaps an exception can be made - if you buy all the skills, you don't gain the title".
How else would you get the skills as the only ways to unlock skills are through quests that reward skills, using skill points to get them at a skill trainer, using a signet of capture on a boss, or using balthazar faction points to unlock in pvp.

Unlocking them was not what I had in mind. Rather actually knowing them all on a given character. Somehow I misread that little part in the OP.
I would sign for knowing them all on a character because that is an accomplishment. Pointless to make this title for unlocking.

Amazingly enough, I have had problems getting the sufficient amount of skill points for skill hunter title. Even with the +5k exp per skill cap, because I don't farm I don't get loads and loads of skill points like some people do. Well, actually I got quite a lot of skill points thanks to Factions and Nightfall +3 skill points per mission, and Hard Mode provided opportunities for more skill points, but I still had to go do some questing and LB/SS point farming to get enough skill points to finish off my skillhunter title. Now the trick is just getting up the motivation to capture all 141 Nightfall elites. All of those A, Rt, P, and D elites...
